Voice Mail from an Upset Customer (This made me laugh out loud!)

I laughed out loud when a reader sent this to me, and I still do each time I listen, and watch the animation that some creative person added. This customer is obviously upset, but has a surprise ending.  
(Warning: if you are offended by profanity, DO NOT play this!)

    This was pretty amusing but the guy only wanted someone to listen to him. He was frustrated because nobody would talk to him and he had apparently gotten a lot of voice mail.

    From a sales learning perspective it seems like someone sold him a computer without understanding/communicating the skills that would be necessary to operate this tool in their business and provide the training to do so.

    It seems like a few phone calls would calm this guy down. If the salesperson had done a better job matching the problem to the solution in the first place the value of the sale could have included training as well.
