Little Things Often Mean Everything in Sales Relationships

In response to my call, one of my vendors left an after-hours voice mail. He said he was on the road and picked up my message late, and would call back the next day, which he did.

Nice touch. Sure, it seems small on the surface, but it’s the little things done consistently that build and keep relationships.

A few months ago I shared another post with a similar theme.

Along those lines, I always have advocated the use of cards and handwritten notes to stay in contact with, and thank your customers and prospects. Most people agree this is a great idea. Yet, very few do it, since it is a hassle…buying cards, writing them out, etc.

It can be a LOT easier though. And inexpensive.

Several months ago I began using, and endorsing a service that allows you to send personalized thank you, greeting, and any type of card you want, (even customizing your own with your own photos) in your OWN handwriting and signature, including a hand-addressed envelope, from your computer, in less than 60 seconds, for only 62 CENTS, plus the postage, which is a First Class stamp, not a meter. Amazing!

I invite you to watch a video where you can see how easy it is to begin sending your own cards in seconds from your computer. AND, you can send an actual card on my dime (or 62 cents) if you’d like. Click here.

Great idea! Thanks for sharing. I’ll be using this to save time…although I still think I’ll send out a unique handwritten notecard from time to time.
